Our initial line of products started as a general ledger and electronic billing system for MS-DOS in 1992 entitled DrBILL v1.0. DrBILL was designed as a simple patient file with a running balance of credits and debits. Even in the early days, DrBILL was used for a wide variety of electronic medical billing applications as it supported both HCFA 1500 and UB92 outputs. DrBILL went through 5 releases and was installed in hundreds of offices throughout Florida. DrBILL was priced fairly and very competitive at the time (we are in one of the most competitive markets in the nation). DrBILL for Windows, released in February 1995, was a huge jump in terms of features, performance, security, applicability and ease of use. More importantly, the price did not change, simply because it became very easy to install, test and setup! The Medical Office v1.0 for Windows 95 was officially released in the spring of 96, hands down one of the earliest of its kind. There was a significant increase in data entry keystrokes, processing speed, features, data flexibility and a decrease in the price! Installation was down to a few minutes. We offered the easiest interface available, host-remote software for training and support for under $200.00. Object oriented programming and an excellent design and development platform now allows for lightning fast and solid software development. CURRENT DEVELOPMENTS Good news!
