The Medical Office: Standard
The Medical Office: Standard is a fully functional 32-bit billing and accounting system for Windows 95/NT. It helps manage patient, payor and collections information. An internal help system provides easy to follow instructions, allowing the user to quickly master the system's key features and optimize the program's benefits.

The Medical Office:Standard is a relational database designed to significantly reduce data entry. Key information is entered once and stored for retrieval from throughout the system, eliminating repetitive and wasteful time on the keyboard.

Billing

  • Prints standard HCFA – 1500 and UB92 claim forms.
  • Electronic billing is included via a direct link to ENVOY, the nation's leading claims clearinghouse. Electronic transactions speed up cash flow and reduce claim denials.
  • Easily setup recurring claims to be automatically billed pursuant to user specifications and approval, thus eliminating repetitious and wasteful data entry time.
  • All CPT and ICD-9 Codes are provided with the system and updated regularly at no charge to support customers.
  • Patient account statements can be individualized with notes and memos. Use them for special announcements or encouraging prompt payment.
  • Unlimited fee schedules allow for effective and efficient billing so the correct price is charged for each patient.

Collections
  • Automatic batch checks posting is a clear time saver. Traditionally you had to wait for an Explanation of Benefits form and a check, then painstakingly post each payment to each patient's account.
